Happy World Cocktail Day with Society Coffee!

Happy Monday, my little hedonists! Just to make this Monday that little bit sweeter, happy World Cocktail Day! Today we celebrate all mixed drinks, pretty and delicious. But, with winter settling into our bones, I’ve opted to share a few of my favourite coffee-inspired cocktails with you today.

Rich, frothy and deliciously decadent, these convenient flavoured cappuccino sachets will bring out your inner coffee connoisseur!
Here are the super easy (yet very naughty!) recipes , one made with every flavour of Society Coffee – which one will you be celebrating with today?

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
2 shots vodka
1 shot coffee liqueur
2 shots Society Coffee Sweetened Cappuccino sachet, mixed as per instructions with boiling water
Roasted coffee beans to serve

Method:
Add vodka, coffee liqueur and coffee to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chillled. Strain into a glass and garnish.

Spanish Coffee

Ingredients:
1 shot white rum
2 shots caramel vodka
1 tbsp triple sec
4 shots Society Coffee Caramel Cappuccino sachet, mixed as per instructions with boiling water
Whipped cream and nutmeg to serve

Method:
Rim a glass with water and sugar.
Add rum and triple sec to the glass.
Carefully ignite the mixture with a long match and turn the glass slowly to caramelise the sugared rim.
Add the caramel vodka to extinguish the flame and add the coffee.
Top with whipped cream and nutmeg.

White Russian

Ingredients:
1 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp Society Coffee Vanilla Cappuccino sachet powder
1 tbsp honey
2 shots vodka
1 shot coffee liqueur
4 tbsp milk
dash of vanilla extract
Wafer biscuit, to serve

Method:
Combine the hot water, coffee powder and honey in a bowl. Whip until fluffy and light.
Fill a glass with ice, Add vodka, coffee liqueur and vanilla. Stir.
Pour the milk over and stir to combine.
Spoon the whipped coffee over and garnish.

Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
2 shots whisky
3/4 cup Society Coffee Hazelnut Cappuccino sachet, mixed as per instructions with boiling water
1/4 cup whipping cream
Chocolate shavings, to serve

Method:
Pour whisky and coffee in a heat-proof glass and stir. Top with cream and garnish.

Coffee Brandy Alexander

Ingredients:
1 shot brandy
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
1 tbsp chocolate vodka
2 tbsp cream
1 Society Coffee Mochaccino sachet powder
Cocoa powder and cinnamon sticks, to serve

Method:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.
